How to File a Grievance

CivicAudit provides a streamlined process to report issues affecting your local community. Follow these simple steps to ensure your grievance reaches the right authorities and drives accountability.

1. Select the Category

Choose the exact nature of your issue from the 'Civic Grievances' tab. Options include Infrastructure, Healthcare, Cyber Crime, Education, and more.

2. Provide Detailed Evidence

Upload clear photos and provide a detailed description. Mention landmarks and exact times if applicable. The more context you provide, the faster it can be audited.

3. Set Privacy Controls

You can choose to make your grievance public to gain community support, or keep it private so only administrators can view it.

4. Track Resolution

Once submitted, your grievance enters the national public ledger. You can track its status (Open, In Progress, Resolved) directly from your dashboard.
